Only residents of WHA can rent the community room by coming to the WHA office to fill out the rental agreement form. A $50 security deposit is needed at that time. It will be refunded once we verify the room was left clean and no damages were done. After the event within a week you will receive a call to come pick up the $50 security deposit.
If it is a resident only event, no deposit is required.
